Bus Pass Information
Students eligible for transportation services must complete a new Bus Pass Application (see link below) for the 2026-2027 school year. Bus pass cards will be required on all buses starting September 8, 2026, or they will be turned away at the school site. There will be no charge for the first bus pass card (original) for the 2026-2027 school year.
The Transportation Department issues TK-12th-grade bus pass cards once an online Bus Pass Application is received. We no longer use students' school IDs as bus passes at the secondary level.
Occasionally, students may need to utilize bus services for a short period of time or on specific day(s). They may receive a courtesy pass in their school office to board the bus. Please send a note with your student requesting this to be brought to the school office before school or at lunchtime. Courtesy passes cannot be used instead of a permanent pass card.
Lost pass cards will be replaced when requested through the online Bus Pass Application form for a fee of $5.00 per pass. Only the original card is free.
If a student moves residences/bus stops, their parent/guardian should call Transportation at (760) 499-1874. A new bus pass card will be issued for a fee of $5.00 per pass. Only the original card is free.
